Dr Ying Ying Leung is Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School, and senior consultant of the department of Rheumatology & Immunology of Singapore General Hospital (SGH). She is currently the head of research in the department of Rheumatology and Immunology. Dr Leung started her research work in psoriatic arthritis. Her previous work has included disability, and evaluation of measurement instruments in rheumatology. In recent years, her focus has been on the role of inflammation and biomarkers in osteoarthritis.
Dr Leung serves as associate editor in Frontiers in Medicine and BMC Rheumatology; and she is an ad hoc reviewer for numerous medical journals. She has been a working group member of several international collaborations in outcome measures, including the Group of Research and Assessment in Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis (GRAPPA) and the International Consortium for Health Outcome Measurements (ICHOM).
