The MLG identification numbers are 2169 (gut), 16600 (dental) and 4643 (salivary) (Supplementary Tables 4, 10 and 11). The disease classification followed EULAR criteria: moderate, 3.2 < DAS28 ≤ 5.1; very active, DAS28 > 5.1 (Supplementary Table 1).
